Its body is full, it has a persistent taste with a malty start and a slightly bitter and herbaceous finish. Thirst-quenching beer for all hours, it goes well with starters, stretched-curd cheeses, simple first courses, Sicilian rotisserie. Excellent with vegetables for vegan or vegetarian dishes. -
